I, the undersigned, acknowledge that all information provided to me by the Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco), its subsidiaries, their employees, or anyone associated with them as part of the Aramco program (Taleed) is non-profit. The aim is to provide support and assistance to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and the information provided is for knowledge and awareness purposes only. It should not be considered as legal, financial, tax, administrative, or any other form of advice. Therefore, it is my responsibility to seek advice from licensed entities in these or other related fields.

I acknowledge that Saudi Aramco, its subsidiaries, and any of their employees shall not, under any circumstances, have any direct or indirect liability as a result of my benefiting from anything provided under the Taleed Program, including but not limited to any losses, damages, liability or the like that may arise due to my use of or reliance on what is provided under Taleed Program, including, but not limited to, the following: (any services, guidance, training, strategizing, providing offers or discounts from any third party, assistance in attracting employees, or any information, data, opinions, etc.)

I acknowledge that there is no contract, partnership, or acquisition of any rights - in any form - between me and Saudi Aramco, its subsidiaries, or their employees and that Taleed program is a community initiative by Saudi Aramco. It also has the right to discontinue providing Taleed program services at any time and without prior notice or liability.

I consent to Saudi Aramco using my information for statistical analysis, research, improving services, and communicating with me about future services and initiatives. I understand that I can withdraw this consent by contacting Taleed via email. (Enter the Email)

I undertake to comply with relevant laws, regulations and decisions while dealing with Taleed program.

I understand that Saudi Aramco may make amendments or additions to this declaration upon written notice, and that I may reject such amendments or additions. In this case, everything provided to me within Taleed program may be suspended without notice.
